RENTON, Wash., on 5 December 2011–/PRNewswire/–Boeing (NYSE: BA) rolled out the first complete plant generation 737 aircraft production rates of 35 per month on December 4.737-800 Has drawn to a close the Boeing Renton field where doing functional testing and first flights for all new aircraft. Although the aircraft still had to undergo testing and painting, the milestone is a major step in showing that Boeing is on track to achieve the announced an increased level of jet aircraft for popular 35 per month in early January, when providing the aircraft to Norwegian Air Shuttle.

The team has been preparing for more than a year in some cases. Sample getting started can be seen in production lines where employees installing electrical system to the new wing was built. The team eliminated the line where employees work on the left and right wing and moved to the extended line employees in which they are dedicated to either the right or left wing, remove variables that slowed down production. In addition, in August, an increase in the efficiency of such a set of employment and the working environment so that employees can be more easily accomplish their duties until the level 42 supported aircraft per month.
Boeing has tripled its approach to preparing for the increase in rates on the 737 program. The company makes the production process more efficient by working with the process improvement team employees; increase production capacity by investing and make the site more efficiently with an imprint moving some production areas and expanding others; and decommissioning obsolete equipment.
Boeing increases 737 aircraft a month level 38 in the second quarter of 2013 and 42 aircraft a month in the first half of the year 2014.
