Just a quick comment. When recycling starts to almost everyone in the neighborhood I pulled out of the container. One week, they failed to pick them up and we all have to pick up rubbish rain wet us and pour them into garbage bags to be picked up by regular trash service. Two weeks later about a half of my neighborhood put out their rubbish and they do not take. Two weeks later, only two of us putting out garbage and it stays that way because even though we've never had missed again. If recycling service is unreliable, it won't work.
